1. STICKER REPRODUCTION SERVICE

“We'll take care of everything”

We can reproduce your stickers by offering you the option of sending us your fairings or original sticker samples and allowing us to obtain precise and accurate shapes, sizes and colors.

We will arrange for the collection and subsequent return of the fairings with the stickers, at our expense, using our insured and traceable courier.

This way you will be able to allow us to:

• create a template of the fairings of your vehicle and then cover it with customised, opaque stickers;
• create a faithful reproduction of the original motorcycle stickers;
• Get the original OEM sticker colors from our color charts.

So, once we have the material to work on, we will proceed as follows:

• we will obtain the casts of the original fairings/stickers;
• we will proceed to scan the casts obtained;
• we will reproduce in vector the casts for the creation of the graphics kit you commissioned;
• we will show you a preview of the result of the work done, before sending it to print;
• we will print the graphics kit after your confirmation of the preview;
• We will resend your original fairings/decal samples along with our reproduced graphics kit.

Service costs:

The "sticker reproduction" service does not involve any additional costs for the work done on your fairings. The cost depends exclusively on the actual sticker request you wish to commission from us, meaning the cost depends on the quantity of material (stickers) printed and will be calculated from time to time directly based on the size of the sticker kit being reproduced.

2. DIY SERVICE

“You help us, we reward you”

The “do it yourself” service allows you to get a 50% discount on the selling price of the graphics you want us to reproduce.

But how does this service work and who is it aimed at?

Who is the service for:

The DIY service has some requirements. The graphics you want us to reproduce:

• must not be available on our site;
• they must be available to you (not us);
• the graphics must be original (and not reproductions of dubious origin);
• The casts you provide (by post or email) must be of high quality, i.e. faithfully reproduced, on a 1:1 scale.

How the service works:

If you have some stickers you want to reproduce, follow these steps:

• contact us via WhatsApp at +39 351 58 54 098;
• illustrate to us through photos what you would like to achieve;
• we will provide you with the necessary instructions to obtain the casts of the graphics you intend to reproduce;
• you will take the casts directly from the motorbike and scan them in .pdf format at 1:1 scale;
• You'll send the .pdf scan to our email address vgraphixinfo@gmail.com; alternatively, you can ask us to collect your cast by courier;
• Once we receive the cast/scan, we will reproduce it in vector format and then print your cast;
• Once printed, we will ship it to you.

Service costs:

As mentioned, the cost will depend on the size of the stickers you want us to reproduce, discounted by 50% as a reward for your help.

3. SERVICE WE PRINT YOUR FILE

“You send us your file, we'll print it for you”

This service allows you to print a file you created.

Who is the service for:

The "we print your file" service has some requirements:

• the graphics you intend to have printed must not be available on our website;
• the file must be “print-ready” that is, it must contain a vector file, to which we must not make any changes.

How the service works:

If you have a file you would like to provide to us for printing:

• contact us via WhatsApp at +39 351 58 54 098;
• Please show us with photos what you would like to print;
• send the file in .pdf format  (alternatively in .eps / .ai / .cdr format) to our email vgraphixinfo@gmail.com;
• Once we receive the file, we will open it and send you a print preview;
• Once you have confirmed the preview, we will print and send you what we have printed.

Service costs:

The cost will be based on the actual file size on the material you choose. You will be informed of the printing cost once the file has been received and opened.
There will be no additional costs added to our revenue other than the shipping cost of the stickers.

Please note: We assume no responsibility for any printing errors resulting from errors in the file (scaling, size, shape, etc.). Therefore, please pay close attention to the preview we provide.
